Bridges are those supports that allow you to cross from one side to the other, for the purpose of providing passage over obstacles.
Never burn the bridges that helped you get to where you are now; both professionally and personally. For example: the love, the counsel, the pro bono assistance, the extensive mentoring, etc… You may need to need the same support to cross back over.
For many of us, God was our highest and only “consul” when we started out. Once we feel we have gotten there, we stop putting Him first and seeking His counsel.
Everyone and every aspect of your development need to be treated with respect thankfulness and honor, even if it is no longer part of “your current plan!”
Don’t burn “all” those bridges!
